Placed order on line. When I got there they hadn't even printed out order. As I'm waiting for my order 3 cars in the drive thru... had ordered and gotten there food. Got home with food and and the fries where stale and the Dr. Pepper was flat. I will never goto this location again. They are too busy socializing. Read more
Went through drive through! Ordered 2 chicken little sandwiches and a 2 piece meal. Drove off and found they gave me one... sandwich only and no butter or honey for dry biscuit and no receipt either!!! Read more
Staff when not busy staff focus too much socializing in Spanish and don't look in the front counter to see if theirs customer or... not. I had to wait listening to conversation for 20-25mins And I had to shout for staff's attention to take my order. Read more
I'm so disappointed! This is the ONLY KFC that I like and will go to. I never have any issues with the food or the staff. I... visited during lunch hours 12:30pm, spent $30! Fruit punch drink tasted FOUL and RANCID as if they haven't cleaned or sanitizedtheir fountain machine nozzles in MONTHS! Took one sip and had to throw it away! And the chicken was OLD as if it had been savedfrom the day before! If it wasnt old then the fryer oil must be old. Chicken was warm, not hot, but completely horrible. Again,I drive out of my way to go to this specific KFC because I've always have a great experience. I hope this is just a one-timeincident and these food quality issues get corrected so I can continue to give them my business. We visited during COVID19. Restaurant was open for take out service only. We Ordered for 3 people. All 3 meals were perfect.... They sent us on our way with everything we needed. Honey, butter, barbecue sauce, silverware ect. The Employees were helpful andfriendly. Read more
