Watery, unevenly filled orders. Due to the low quality of my order, I had reached out since it was $45 worth of smoothies (photo... only shows 4/6) and definitely way lower quality than if I blended some at home. I also did not get any of my points on the appeven though I ordered via app. No reply was given when I tried contacting both store and customer support about my concerns. Ilove jamba juice, but won't go to this location again. Also felt dirty and smelled weird inside (while waiting 30 minutes forsaid large, bad order) Prices are higher in this location verses other locations. Read more

We go here every week. Excellent Smoothie choices. Their oatmeal is outstanding. They also have healthy shots of ginger,... turmeric, and wheat grass. I get them every time we go. This week we're going twice! Read more

I know it's a pandemic but there's no excuse for it to take 30 minutes from when I mobile ordered to actually receive my... smoothie, and not before having to ask and to be given attitude about it. If your store isn't equiped to handle both in personand mobile orders then turn off mobile order. It's not hard. Having a sense of urgency in a place that supposed to be kind ofgrab and go is super important and that was lacking here today. We placed 2 mobile orders within 1 minute of each other and ittook 25 minutes for the first one and then another 5 minutes with 2 other smoothies to come out in between. Also the one workerwasn't wearing her face mask correctly and the other worker kept touching his face and not washing his hands. Read more
