I been here a few times and always getting something wrong on my order when I get home I notice of course. Super cute drive thru employee here. Just seen him today for the first time . Service was quick, he was super nice and being a... cutie was a bonus . Only once when I ordered an oreo shake did they refuse. Since the machine was out of service. But other thenthat this is small Jack's but. The food is always delicious, cooked just right . Orders have come out. Perfect for me everytimeso no mishaps . Exiting the establishment tho is a nightmare one exit leads u to have to hold ur breath and hope for the bestwhile the other side leads to a light but the idiots that park on thee street blocking ur view so ur forced to have to inch outslow as hell. Had to give 1 star the customer service was bad. Managers!!! Were mean and rude. The janitor was cleaning took the mop and rung... it out with his hands then doing his job cleaning stuff and touching tables and other things with his dirty hands toldmanagement and they said he is not touching food but he is touching where customers eat just DISGUSTING!!!!
