I placed my order and asked if I can use the bathroom. The answer was no even though the store has 2 of them. So I asked the... manager and the manager was rude and basically she said that it was my issue and I had to figure it out on my own. It was earlyin the morning and all stores around were closed. I will not return to this location. Businesses have to provide bathrooms tocustomers, this is not a favor!!!!! Rude staff and advise who ever read this review to go somewhere else. Read more
oh my.. that's what I have to say about the customer service here at this bagel place. its pretty bad.. I used to come to this... bagel place and it was great! but now all I have to say is WHAT HAPPENED? the people here don't know how to make a proper bagel.its sad because I used to come here ALOT but now i will never step foot into this place again. the people who work here DO NOTCARE. that's the simplest explanation. there cannot be another explanation. This shop is always getting something wrong. To not adding the shmear, to not toasting, to not providing the correct order- they... know no bounds on how to inaccurately fulfill an order. And don't even get me started on their mobile app. It's a complete joke.Their app should be ever-changing to the great technology we have these days. But the app is practically useless. We live in afirst-world so we don't have much to complain about. However. If I'm paying for X, I expect to receive X. Thanks forconsistently messing up a bagel order... Read more
Have been coming for years and have never had issues. Management must have changed recently. This store is now unbearably... inefficient. Most recently here on a Wednesday just before 8am. At least 4 people working and not a single person addressed theline of people waiting to order , or even took orders. It very much seems like they were hoping if they ignored customers longenough they would just leave and wouldn?t have to make any orders. Would like to say this is a rare occurrence here, but thishas happened almost every time I?ve come to this store in the past year or so. Still waiting to order, over 15 minutes later. Read more

Extremely disappointing. I have gone here three times in the past month only because I want bagel sandwiches and no other places... in town compare. Or so I thought. I used to work here four years ago and the quality has decreased tenfold. I used to visit morefrequently in the past years, but dropped off and just started to return. I regret it every time. The bagels themselves arestill good, but the quality of customer service and quality of the hot sandwiches is awful. My first visit of the three only twoemployees were working and no orders were taken for fifteen minutes and six people in line left from the wait. The next time Iwent there were three times as many employees and the quality was a little better. This most recent time was awful. So manyemployees, yet none of them looked like they wanted to be there and the wait was still ridiculous. The two sandwiches I orderedwere burnt, with stale and minimal toppings. Old meat, barely any sauce. Don?t think I will be coming back unless it?s to justget some bagels and nothing more. It?s clear that no one takes any sort of pride in their jobs or the quality of the food theyserve. It?s clear that the manager must not care, either, given by the immense amount of one star reviews I have seen here. Read more
