The food was delicious and that new shake was scrumptious! I think it was called Autumn Spice Shake. However, the customer... service is what stood out. I normally go through the drive thru, but this time I ate inside. I'm not sure if this is typical ofthis location or all Chick-fil-A's, but it appeared that every employee in out vicinity checked on us. Very small breakfast chicken sandwich. It looks less than half the size shown in the picture on the menu. It's small and also... pretty thin. Very disappointing. Read more
The food is usually good when it is prepared as ordered. This is about the sixth time in about 2 years where once again I... received the order wrong. The first couple of times I let it go but now I call each time. It's very disappointing when you can'tget what you're ordering especially when you're paying extra for the added items. I don't know if it's management or staff notbeing trained properly but hopefully this is the last wrong order I get. Read more
I'm not a regular at this popular establishment by any means, but for a Saturday the wifey said she'd really enjoy it so we... went. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. I eat here pretty often and the last few times I?ve gone something I?ve ordered seems to be ?off?. Usually it?s the wrong cheese... on my sandwich or a forgotten sauce which isn?t a big deal, it happens. I noticed if I order delivery or order for a big groupthe errors occur more often. This time we got our food delivered, as I was eating my salad I noticed a fly in there. Then thefries we ordered were cold and soggy. On the cherry coke that I ordered the cup wasn?t filled up all the way. I think I?m goingto take a break from ordering delivery and just order there. Read more
