Every time I go to this timmies, there is always something wrong with my order. Just today they forgot my sauce and we waited at... the car window for 5 minutes until my dad had to knock. We ordered potato wedges and they were rock solid, like they weresitting in a warming tray for an hour. So disappointing. Read more
Definitely not to happy with them right now. Went in and ordered a extra large coffee and two muffins this morning and was given... my muffins right away. Stood there waiting for my coffee for several minutes as I watch other customers come in after meordering coffees as well and receiving them as the workers keep looking at me. Ended up walking out without my coffee that Ipaid for. Gone there 8 years every morning before work but am strongly considering changing where I go. Read more
As soon as you walk in here it?s like you bother the staff with your presence. I live in this town. I?ve given this tins so many... changes. People were stepping on food on the floor in the prep station. Rude guy at the drive thru to the point I had to seek amanager. She just said ?oh? and walked away. Dirty. Rude. Slow. Well this was a once in a never experience I've had today at Tims, let me start by saying this place is completely unorganized... for what appears to be an abundance of staff.... I'm greeted by (Caroline) the old lady seen in the pictures, she was behind thecounter, I place my order for a blt and a farmers wrap w no chipotle, but sub ketchup instead, she looks at me and snaps, "wedon't do that" I said what? Serve farmers wraps? She said, "no you can put your own ketchup on it, we don't have ketchup, onlypackets" I said, you're making the sandwich, you can't just put the ketchup in it, like every other time I've ever asked, no onehas ever had an issue but you...she proceeds, "you want ketchup, you put it on yourself" fine, fine ill also take a plain icecoffee. Thanks. 5 minutes later a fully cream based ice coffee comes out, which I promptly returned for a black ice coffee,where she snatches the drink and says, "if you want black say black", where I said in most countries plain is black. Needlessto say the sandwiches eventually coming out looking pathetic, pictured here as well, then the same women comes to the table, nowcleaning, and says how was you sandwich, I replied not very good, and her quick response was "well I didn't make it" and thenshe walks away laughing. The blt had 2 small pieces of bacon, 2 very small under ripe tomatoes, and 1 piece of lettuce... Justlook at the 2 eggs inside the farmers wrap and the spoonful of bacon bits, not even a full piece of bacon on there. All and allI give the service here an F, the food quality a very generous D-, and the attitude of Caroline another F, if I was hersupervisor she would be cleaning toilets all week or fired. Read more
Slow drive thru. They never let you pull ahead after ordering. Consistently get my order wrong. Even if I only order one thing... they usually make me pull to curbside pick up. I think they need more staff. Read more
