Got my order for my self and my family after overcoming my skepticism woth Wendy's, since they sre so inconsistent in my area.... Got my order home and to my dismay i was right... this location just cant get it right. I ordered a real lemonade which is astaple at Wendy's and the reason i came to only have received lemon water. To top it all off i called them to give them achance to correct the problem and was met with "its not that bad". This was the manager at that.... DONT GO.. TRY THE ONE ONINKSTER! Read more
I used to frequently visit this wendys. The last three times I've gone they've been out of something. I know it's not the... employees fault so this isn't anything about them. The corporation/store owner should be getting them the food necessary to dotheir job, and also hire more employees to help the ones that are already employed there. Read more
My order was incomplete and I had to go back. Even then the chicken nuggets were not included with the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger... biggie meal. And instead of a coke they gave me a vanilla frosty. Read more
I live 2 min away from a Wendy?s.. HOWEVER, I chose to make the extra drive to this Wendy?s cuz they have always been super... nice! Even answered the phone ???? ???? when I called to get a mistake corrected, they also asked if I wanted them to wait toremake my burger till I got there! Normally I have a really good experience but today they had some people that didn?t know what the heck they were doing at drive... thru. And the first window took my money but didn?t do something to tell the second window that I had paid. And they refused togive me my food that I just paid for and we?re extremely rude about it. Claimed the guy told me at the first window the wrongamount. In that case how is that my fault you?re not competent to tell me the correct amount? I will never ever go to this location again. Maybe never another Wendy's tbh. The drive thru lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She... doesn't enunciate properly, and messes up every order. Also seems to enjoy talking rather than listening. Not good customerservice. Manager was INEPT. MY VISIT WAS ON 7/5/22 between 415 and 4:45. I requested 3 frostys, she only gave me two. Then toldme I wasn't charged for the 3rd, and I'd have to drive around and get in line again...EXCUSE ME?!?! While some people do deserveto make a higher wage, not THIS employee. This employee needs a muzzle and to be fired. Manager was INEPT. While my food orderis getting older and frostys are melting in the car they want to argue about another frosty. At this point, I'm beyondaggravated. I tell her to just get my frosty.ikl pay for it. I just want to be done and get food home. Get home with 2 halfmelted frostys, 1 newer that I had to fight for, a drink carrier would have been too big of an ask, I guess. oh.... also, I wasmissing a large fry when I came home.
