Worst customer service. Went inside was not greated. 2 girls in the back cussing we stood there for 10 min still noone said... anything to us. So we walked out. I'll never come to this tim hortons. Read more
Got an iced capp in drive thru, set it in cup holder, picked it up a minute later to drink, it leaked all over car and me. Had... to drive straight home to change clothes. Took me 40 minutes to clean it all out of my brand new car. Cup had a slit half way upthe side from the bottom. Read more
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Every time I come to this restaurant you wait in line in the drive through for 45 mins.... Today I decided to go in to order Togo. Mind you we waited another 15 mins before we where waited on my tim bits I ordered formy son where given to someone else that ordered after me. Then I waited another 15 mins to get the rest of my order I ordered ablueberry bagel with just egg and bacon. I got that but it looks like they dipped it in oil I can't even eat it. The store isvery disturbing as it's filthy food and garbage all over the place in the back I mean use it does get dirty when working in fastfood due to being busy but that's why your supposed to clean up in between orders I've worked fast food and never had our storethis dirty. There's food all under the work stations and garbage. I'll never come here again. Read more
It's frustrating to me that 9 time out of 10 when I order a sausage double egg and cheese bagel and I specify I want it double... egg, I'm told "it automatically comes as a double" but then I get the sandwich and it isn't a double! I've gone 2 times in thelast 3 days and been assured it comes with 2 eggs, and yet neither time has it actually come with 2 eggs. Very frustrating. Read more
This is the most convenient Tim Hortons and I refuse to go to it. Food is always old, they do not know how to lightly toast... something, the coffee is not fresh and their ice cap machine is either down or they don't make it right and then get andattitude because I ask them to remake it. Gladly go out of my way to another Tim Hortons. Read more
I come here constantly to get coffee. Today I pulled up and kindly asked for an iced cap and said can you add whipped cream?... Cause sometimes they don?t if you don?t ask. I don't normally get regular coffee or go to Tim Hortons. The initial coffee i received was cold too much cream. I was given a... new one. I took my family there this morning and spend 30 dollars for breakfast. The cashier let me wait at the counter (clearlyseen me) the woman on food let the cashier know I had been waiting awhile (patiently) the cashier told the woman working foodthat I had everything I needed and she was too busy to help me. There were 2 orders on the screen and I had waited patiently. Isimply wanted to dump out some of my coffee and have them top it off. It was way to sweet. There doesn't seem to be measurementsfor putting in cream and sugar. Looks like guessing and holding the button for cream and sugar. Etleast the woman on food waspolite enough to help me out. The cashier was being rude. Even though I was polite. I'm unsure honest where the unwillingness tocome over and help me stemmed from.
