Girl who worked Monday august 15th at 420pm cannot make drinks at all and should not work here. She handed me a chocolate milk... when I asked for a mocha latte. And then my drink wasn’t even full, neither was the ladies infront of me and she just pulledoff. Dumb. Read more

Almost 20.00 worth of food and everything was burned. I get that this is fast food and there is a pandemic but that doesn’t... mean you get to put out inedible food. Might as well stay home if that’s the kind of food being put out. I was extremelydisappointed about having to drive back there. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me but the employees never offered toremake the food or make things right in anyway. I guess they don’t care about retaining their customers. Read more
Had a normal drive-thru experience until the lady at the window forgot to hand me my coffee. I drove around and walked inside... asked a different woman if I could grab the coffee I wasn't given. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude even though Iwas politely explaining what happened to her. I got my coffee, got back in my car, and The coffee was made incorrectly and theeverything bagel had almost no toppings on it and was sloppily made. Read more
1st time at this location. My iced coffee was actually made right and tasted perfect. Service was good. There was no wait inside... and not a long line in drive thru and I went on a Friday. There wasnt many timbits or donuts to choose frm other than that storewas clean Read more
Absolutely the worst Location ever they are legit running some type of fraud scheme where they take your order but don’t give... a receipt botch the order and when you return to dispute/get issue resolved they swear they never took the order to begin with!????absolutely ridiculous and just trashy from the poor service to the botched food just overall terrible experience go to anylocation but this one but I WILL BEVER RETURN based off this experience here alone I’ll stick to STARBUCKS ???? management atthe store never contacted me until corporate followed up with me and I told them when he finally called he foolishly offered meto come back as if I would waste my time there ever again or risk being scammed again!
