Two words, drug test... could have blindfolded most of the staff there with dental floss. Wasted $35 @ this dump. No food.... Waited 40 minutes. Should have known better, it linked with another dump, Happy pizza. In an economy like this, one would thinkthey would at very minimum try. There had to be 12 people working that dump, one freaking order... wow... this is where you geta job when you can't pass a drug test.... Read more
Ordered Baskin Robbins from DoorDash and was mistakenly given 2 number 11?s from savvy sliders. At first I was very disappointed... but decided to eat it anyways. Long story short y?all have great food. 10/10 would recommend. Sorry jada for getting your foodinstead of mine. Read more
Very disappointed in Westland location. Tried to call but the only number available is the Livonia location. The fries were... great but the sliders were cold, dry, hard bun, just horrible. The chicken combo had three small, cold, hard pieces of chicken.Not worth 10.99.Was great the first time I went. Dinner was not worth $20.00+ Read more
"1st time - Last time" Not to happy with the amount of food. I understand that cost is rising and WE are paying for it but come... on. Almost $13 for 2 Steakhouse sliders and a very small portion of fries. With this economy we have to make money stretch andthis is NOT the place to make that happen. Read more
Burgers were really tasty and well-seasoned. My Signature burgers were a little light on signature sauce. I probably should have... asked for extra on the side. Fries were hot and crispy. My wife liked the chicken sandwiches. A bit pricey, but good food. Read more
Service was good and quick. Decently priced and tasty burgers, chicken and prime rib. My only negative comment and reason for... four and not five stars is how dirty their tables in the lobby are. They didn?t seem too concerned and their tables that werewiped down had a weird film left like they didn?t have their sanitizer solution properly mixed or just dirty water. Read more
We waited sooo long for 2 orders. Only the fries were fresh. Burgers were cold. Didnt taste great at all. My mom got chicken... tenders. Those were cooked to a crisp. They were hard to chew and tasteless. Soda machine was down so although we paid for 20oz, we actually got a 12oz can instead. Staff was nice but I wont be ordering from here again. Heard great things, decided to finally try and aside from the 1 lady working the register, everything else was a huge... disappointment. Starting with the girl who stepped in for the minute for payment. She handed me my receipt with a clump of herweave in between her fingers. Nothing about the order was worth $40. The chicken fingers were like nuggets and were dry, toughand cold like they came from the fridge. The slider was meh, but pink inside which I'm not a fan of. The fries were decent, andthere were A LOT. Can't say I was impressed. Maybe they were better when they first opened. Maybe the 16 y/o's don't care. Idon't think I'm in a hurry to try again. I have a bonus star for the lady at the register. She was friendly and helpful. Read more
