Stale food BADLY under cooked fries my quarter pound burgers patty was in the box but NOT in-between the buns. Why is it that I can usually place a mobile order with few issues except today? I did my mobile order for a kids meal, went... through the speaker and the first window workers telling them I had a mobile order with NO ISSUE. I get to the final window andmobile orders apparently aren't a thing and I "ordered at the wrong location" I ordered at "the Wayne and hix location" whichdoesn't exist because those streets run the same way. Yet I ordered from 33921 Ford Rd. And nobody offered an option to do myorder real quick for literally a kids meal. So that's cool, super annoying. Literally gave me two Big Macs with no meat?. And when I drove 10 minutes back up here? they didn?t offer to give my money back,... etc or even apologize. The fries were also cold. Crazy...went yesterday and got a very good crispy chicken sandwich and Fresh, Hot fries. Went today...waited in line about ten... minutes,got to sign to order, was told it would be ten minutes before my order could be taken as short staffed, I said "noproblem". Ordered a coke, a Big Mac and fries- both were stone cold!! Fries hard as rock. Threw them away. Patties half the sizeof the bun. $10.50, disgusting. What a difference a day makes. I am looking into getting a lawyer, my mother was in there around 2 pm on Saturday December December 3, 2022. The manager was... very rude To my mother a black guy with a gold chain.
