The worst McDonald's ever. Their drive through takes forever. I always drive to another McDonald's and tell my friends to not go... there. The other night my bad luck took me there, but I was the only one in the drive through, I was like nice, it's gonna bequick. And it was easy, and smooth, even though the girl at the cashier window was talking on the phone, but it's not somethingI should be worried about. Next window, I got my order, checking my order while driving away, double quarter pounder withcheese, the sandwich is there, I am ok. The order was for my son, I arrived home, about 2 miles away, my son was happy gettinghis sandwich. A moment later, he showed up, dad, yes, they put only one piece of burger in the sandwich instead of two. I waslike NO WAY, how could they mess the order? I was literally the only one in the drive through, I also paid the price for thedouble size, not the single. I had to drive back to tell them you gave me the wrong order. This time, I was still the only onein the drive through, but I took them longer to fix my order. I honked my horn twice to let the second window girl knows thatsomeone is waiting. And to be honest, this time when I went to fix my order, I didn't see the cashier girl on the phone, becauseI just told her (through the drive through speaker) I got the wrong order and she told me to proceed to the second window that Ihad to honk my horn twice (double honk each time). That was my story with McDonald's on Ford and Hix in Michigan. Read more
Not sure why I continue to stop here in the morning for a mocha frappe because their machine is always down. If it's not broken,... it's getting cleaned... Or they can't give change and you need to pay with credit. Customer service isn't an important prioritywith this franchise. Read more
This location almost never gets my order right. I've never had a problem with the staff who are usually polite and kind. I only... ever stop here because of its proximity however I have gone out of my way to visit other locations just so I know I'll get whatI ordered. Read more
This Mcdonald?s has gone down hill. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal no onions. Diet coke and real coke no ice and a big mac... meal. When I got home and opened the cheeseburgers I saw no cheese and onions and it now its minus ketchup? I never said that.The pops weren?t labeled like the diet bubble pushed in? My wife is diabetic? Her big mac had a Extra bun and it looked likesomeone just tossed it in the big mac box? Also when I pull up to order I hear ya what do you want? also the girl was on herphone and made me wait to take my money? Then I called and it seems no one knows how to answer the phone I got a ya again andseemed had no idea how to talk to me about my order done wrong and couldn?t say am sorry what can I do to fix it?
