Rude manager! Drove an hour (total) to get here and regret it after seeing such a jerk manager in action with customers &... employees! Then the food was rubbery and hard in some places! Food was not good on this round. I always like Long John Silvers, but my experience on Monday 09/ 12/ 2022, was not a good one.... Order had refried the fish and chicken. It was hard with no flavor. The lil corn fritters was hard you could tell nothingwas cooked fresh, it was like they cooked up a lot and put it under the light and when a customer would come put it back in thegrease to make it hot. It was a horrible experience, not to say I was hungry and ready to enjoy. But no this was not the case.We had ordered about $50.00 worth of food. Won't be going back. The fish was good as always but the 20 oz drink is about two once?s short! I asked the guy at the window are you sure that?s 20... ozs? He said yes. I was just curious because it looked very small, he was very angry about me asking that, so I went to thestore and bought a 20 oz Mountain Dew and poured it into the cup and there was at least two once?s left in my pop container,just like I thought. Haven't been to Long John Silver's in awhile but, have always liked their menu and I was not disappointed. The food was hot and... well prepared , it was served promptly and the staff was friendly and engaging. Thanks for a very nice experience. Read more
The service was good, so don'tbase the poor rating on them. But the manager cannot manage. Over 90 degrees in lobby due to no... a/c. Was told by the staff that it's been over a week & it's over 100 degrees in the kitchen. All doors had to be propped openat all times to let air circulate, but also let's insects in. Staff were beyond exhausted & sweaty. But I'm sure the manager wassitting comfy in a cool room somewhere else because he certainly wasn't there. Read more
Attentive and service oriented people. They make sure your experience made right and go to extreme efforts to correct any... issues. Thank you for a wonderful meal yesterday, my wife and I rang that "great service" bell on our way out. Was my firsttime trying LJS and I'm now for sure a customer for life at this location alone. This is my 4th time going to this location and it has been absolutely good until today. There is no paper to catch the grease... that is still on my fish, the rice was burnt and I'm pretty sure they knew that when they put it in the container and you cannoteven call to have them fix the order. Very disappointed because I was on my lunch and now I can't even eat the greasy food Ibought. Read more
My family and I will not be returning to this establishment. Food, service, & cleanliness are the reasons we will be going to... try other establishments. The cost would no doubt be similar and the service and food can only get better as it doesn?t get muchworse than here. Read more
