This KFC is absolute trash. Whatever you do, don't order the Nashville hot chicken. They barely put any sauce on it and the... manager refused to add more when I complained. My chicken tenders were literally plain with some pickles in there box. Therewere also little pieces of Cole slaw in the container with my chicken ???? This is probably the worst place I've been, here's why. To start the staff are always rude and visibly unhappy and reluctant to... serve you. Also they stop preparing chicken around 8 but close at 10. This way they don't have to serve any customers eventhough they are open. Imagine pulling up at 8:30 pm only to hear "sorry we don't have any chicken besides grilled". This is aregular occurrence. The sad part here is that nothing will be done to change it. Used to come to this location frequently and the staff was great. But after coming back again I?ve realized I would never choose... this place after the way the staff talked to me. I was looking at the menu for not even 4 minutes when they rudely told me topull up to the window without explanation, to then ask me if I needed help looking for something (which they could?ve done onthe speaker). I would understand the impatience if there was a line of people, but there was nobody behind me. The employeeswere standing around blasting music, giving no reason for the lack of good service. The only good experience I had was when Iwent in and the guy in front with the space buns fixed an issue kindly. In conclusion I?d rather eat my own foot than come backhere. Read more
DO NOT ONLINE ORDER! Did an online order and they will not give it to you through the drive-thru! Went inside and my order had... no drink. Waited 5 minutes to get the attention of the manager who then refused to help me until I proved I had paid for myspecific order. Ignoring the fact that they never filled the order correctly in the first. Manger said the basic condescendingthings "like can you read?". I live 2 blocks away and won't be back here again based on the attitude I received just for being acustomer. Read more
I would leave less than one star if possible. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in fast food in my 30 years of... life. I never leave a review. I just stew on it... Food cold, after waiting 30 minutes past my pick up time and multiple peoplegoing ahead of me. Service was awful and two young men were doing all the work. 0/10 would not recommend. Ive been going to KFC for years, just moved out here, gave it 3 chances. This one was the last straw! Food looked like it was... made by my unborn child and the lady in the drive through need to learn communication skills. Not to mention i paid 10$ for achicken bowl, she tells me it wasnt a meal? So no drink. Get home the bowl was only filled 20%. please NEVER go here, saveyourself the money and the headache. Read more
They can NEVER get a order correct. Ordered mashed potato bowl tonight with extra gravy and there isn't even any gravy at all on... it. Ordered was repeated 3 times to the worker. Don't waste your time going to this location because your order will not becorrect. Wish there was a negative rating for establishments like this. I was scrolling through and reading some of the reviewsposted and it seems to me that Management might need to maybe take a look at the employees providing the services. Read more
I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants but, I tried the Nashville Hot Tenders. Sorta greasy and the portion size looked... like chicken nuggets. I really wasn't impressed. On the other hand my daughter enjoy hers. Read more
