The pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard, it wasn't edible! A waste of money!
Always cooked and prepared very good. Have been going for years and yet to have a bad pizza.
I want to start off by saying I'm the biggest Hungry Howies fan. One thing about Hungry Howies is that you can count on... inconsistencies from just about all of their franchises. After 2 visits to the same location, you can count on the third visitfrom that particular location to be a waste of money. That happened to me at this particular H H in westland. The pizza wasmade very, very SLOPPY on my last visit. I paid 30 bucks for two LG pizzas. Both pizzas had way too much cheese, too much sauce,and the dough was made too thick. Sauce shouldn't be falling in my lap after I bite into a slice. They literally threw ittogether. This is typical H H though. I have to have 5 different H H in rotation because you can't count on them to do itright, EACH TIME! They slop on the sauce and make the dough like a freezer isle take home oven pizza from Krogers. Just way toothick. I can count on my experience being the same at Domino's, The Hut, Papa John's, and Jets. Even Hot & Ready Little Ceasarsare passing H H. Hungry Howies has to be the most inconsist chain in Metro Detroit! Read more

This location was very rude and their customer service was very bad! They messed up on my pizza and didn?t want to give me a... refund. The male manager said they remade my pizza for me but I never told him to remake it or that I was picking it up. I toldhim I was going to pick up my refund, and he said it would be under my number whenever I do come in. He started to get anattitude with me. He wasn?t trying to resolve the issue or make the customer happy. I wasted $40 at this hungry Howie?s, I willnever recommend this location ever!!! They don?t even deserve that one star!!! Read more
When I order pizza from HH I ALWAYS request extra cheese. It?s NEVER on there. Sometimes I call there (after ordering online)... just to make sure they put the extra cheese on there and I hear the irritation. I?m not trying to be irritating. That?s an extraitem that I pay for, it?s not free. When the extra cheese is not in there sometime I call and sometimes I don?t. I also ordereda chef salad, mostly got brown lettuce with very light toppings. It was disappointing. If you?re not going to take the time toget the order right or you simply don?t care don?t show up for work. Edit: I received a response 4 days ago. Thank you. Whatneeds to happen is simple, pay attention to the order. Make it as requested unless it?s an outrageous request. Be considerate ofyour customers. Keep in mind that we?re all customers somewhere. How would you like to be treated. To some people may think?it?s just extra cheese, what?s the big deal?? The big deal is that most of us are parents who work hard during the day and wetrust you to feed our family. We?re tired, we go to your store pick it up, get home, and it?s not what you asked/paid for. Noone wants to get in the car and go back. The other big deal is that it?s a consistent problem. Had no problems ordering ...my food was decently priced.. Pizza delivery was on point didnt take too long for the food ...it was... fresh cooked all the way through... presentation was awesome.. good job Hungry Howie's my kids love your pizza...As an exemployee to the pizza business your guys presentation is the best i have had around Read more
The pizza is always hot and tasty, and the workers are friendly. Never had a single item from my order missing.
