I go to Dunkin? everyday in Livonia and I came here for the first time and they made my coffee wrong and I was not rude about... asking for it to be fixed. I simply said this isn?t right. The cashier insisted it was correct and took it back with an attitudeand was very rude. Won?t be coming back to this location again. Read more
I Usually don?t bother with bad experiences at places but, I now rarely go out and get a iced coffee because I make a home now.... So I ordered a pumpkin Iced latte (the one you get sprinkled spice on top of the whip cream). I order a pumpkin donut that wasreally good and a small black coffee to go for a coworker. I ordered a medium Iced pumpkin latte. I noticed no power orseasoning on my whip cream (and yes I ordered the one in the picture that does have that on it). I just thought okay no biggie.I walked out and had a sip of the coffee and it tasted so bad and so over burt that I had a couple sips and through it way. Ihave never had coffee so badly tasting in my life. Here?s the kicker it had nothing to do with a pumpkin latte at all? No flavoror taste of any kind.
