We always have a messed up order when we come here. We ordered a combo and then a side of loaded fries. She basically threw the... bag at us and didn't say anything at all. I checked and noticed the fries weren't in there for my combo and went back but shetold us that the loaded fries went with the combo which every other time we were told was not possible. We then stated weordered them separately then she said you have to pay more for fries. She was extremely rude. If you don't like uour job youshouldn't work there. Walk up was closed so I had to use drive-thru. Wanted to up size my order but they wouldn't even though I had to wait a couple... minutes for my order. Never heard of a fast food place that didn't want to up size and take more money before. It wasn't likethere was a long line or anything. Read more
My experience here at checkers was amazing fries were hot Burger was perfect chicken strips were to die for. Food Quality has gotten so bad. My sandwiches are squished together. The bread is so much more than the meat .
A greasy bag of goodness without fail. I mean that in the best way! If you've never had their Monsterella sticks, try them. They... have the same coating as the fries! Yum! One employee bagging the orders was not wearing a mask. The drive-thru employee had her mask over her mouth only & not on her... nose. Which defeats the whole purpose of a mask. I ordered a BBQ Mother Cruncher with no bacon & no pickles. The websitedescription said there would be crispy onions in there but none were to be found. I went to the Checkers on Warren rd. When I got there they were short staff but still excellent customer service. When I got... home I noticed that my order was wrong. I called the restaurant and informed them. I figured that it was just as simply I wasgiven the wrong bag by mistake. They told me to come back for the correct order. Which I did.
