I love coming here in the morning, but the manager and crew at night make it really uncomfortable. They play rap music really... loud. I asked them to turn it down- sorry, I don?t want to hear ?f&?^ every other word - both of the guys working, one themanager, gave me attitude and barely turned it down. And the WiFi here is horrible. The girl at the counter needs to work on her active listening skills!! Wanted ice blended and she gave me hot. It?s not like it... was busy, I was the only one in line and there was no one waiting. The employees ar Westlake location are great. The WIFI at this location is the worst wifi you will ever experience. For years... now they can not figure it out. I am from out of state and needed my coffee. I am always skeptic about new places, I need my frappe a certain way. So I walked... in and asked my question. Denise the manager was listening too. She came up with a solution that was amazing and I got mycoffee made PERFECT!! The other girls working completed my order and off I went. I like the location, atmosphere inside and out as well as the staff. The Wifi speed and connection is historically horrible... though so I often have to go elsewhere if need to do a few things on laptop unfortunately. Read more
