At 1:55 PM on 11/15/22, I entered the establishment to pick up an order. I waited for over twenty minutes, and unluckily for me... it must have been shift change. Because the priority of the moment was clocking out and hitting the bricks, as I may as wellhave been a ghost. One by one, as I stood at the counter searching for any kind of help, employee after employee skirted by mewithout the slightest bit of acknowledgement. I finally managed to flag one down who then was courteous enough to let me knowthat my order didn't even exist in the first place, and that I should contact the mobile service that placed the order if Iwanted any help. I get it that business can get hectic, but to be flat out ignored like that when I was simply searching forlittle more than an answer, was humiliating. Read more
Chick Fil A is always a good bet for food and service. To go orders are always correct, the food is fresh and hot. This location... is busy but not overly busy. You can walk in and order your food pretty quick. The dining room is fairly accommodating as well. Read more

Okay, don?t get me wrong! I usually LOVE this place. But tonight I went through the drive thru and the girl ROLLED her eyes at... me. She was pretty unpleasant and it really disappointed me. She just expected me to hand her my cash after I pre-paid some ofmy order on my app, it was super awkward when just held her hand out. I?ve loved Chick-Fil-A as far back as I can remember and have never had a bad experience. This restaurant changed that. The food... was inedible, I think something was off with the oil? Everything tasted bad, I took one bite of my spicey chicken sandwhich andthrew it out. Also, as someone else stated, they took orders for cars behind me, which led to a longer wait time and confusionat the window. I understand this is a new location but the manager/owner need to take notes from the Westgate location, I?venever had a bad experience there. Read more
Great service, great food! Everything is always top quality and consistent no matter what chick-fil-a I go to. That?s a big deal... because a lot of these fast food chains don?t taste consistent. I was so excited when one finally came closer to us and it isjust as amazing as any other! Food is always super fresh, service is always nice and it usually doesn?t take very long at all toget our order(s) considering how busy they get.
