This business is lacking customer service skills. I called in an order and my friend was picking it up. When she arrived, they... gave her a completely different order *saying it was the one under my name* and charged her $70+ for 3 disappointingly smallpizzas. When we called Bambinos to see what could be done they offered a full refund over the phone, which was accommodatingand appreciated, but they only refunded $29 -- which was the quote for our original order. This has been a very frustratingexperience. My friend is contacting them again hoping to speak to a manager/owner, and will go to her credit card company nextif necessary. Read more
