Conveniently located in the nabnasset section of Westford it could be easily reached by exit number 32 off Route 495 or also... exit number 32 off Route 3. I've eaten there three times in the last month month-and-a-half and each time I was very pleasedwith the service, and most especially the quality of the food, it was exceptional! It has always been hit or miss with this place. For the most part, it is your typical subshop. Decent food for a reasonable... price. It's great they accept credit cards because I rarely have cash when the day/night calls for takeout. Honestly, though,that has been the only reason we call them in the past year or so. I've seen a steady decline in accuracy, quality, speed andservice. My family has repeatedly received inaccurate orders. One time, we ordered a steak and cheese, asking for provoloneinstead of American only to get no cheese. Toasted items are often not toasted. Missing items occur from time to time. We'vereceived burnt pizza. We have rarely complained and have never asked for items to be replaced or ask for anything in return inthese situations: we get that things get busy and mistakes occur. But there comes a time when you have to realize it is apattern. Today was that time. Today, I ordered two roast beef subs, one with mayo and the other without. My daughter picked itup and had to wait 15 min beyond the promised time for the order. They both came with mayo. The incorrect one was supposed to betoasted. My daughter would just not eat it, as she can't stomach mayo. I called and advised of the issue, and asked that thisbe made right by having the correct order delivered. I was told by, who I believe to be the owner/manager, that he was too busyto do this, so I advised I would come by to pick it up. He informed me he would have it ready, as it would take 15-20! They are3 minutes away. When I arrived, I was given an attitude like I had done something wrong to complain for asking for my food to beright. Then, the owner/manager went out back and made the sub (roast beef with pickles - not hard to get wrong). He did nottoast it. He gave no explanation why I had to wait 15-20 for the 5 sec it took him to make the sub, which was again wrong. Thisis flat out horrible service. 1st off, you have items on your menu you don't even serve...even when asked to. Then you charge me $32.00+ for a pizza and... chicken fingers, telling me it will be here in 25 mins... it shows up over an hour late, so no tip for the driver. A week later,the charge goes through on my card, and he charged me $5.00 extra...? For what? Blatant theft, for undesirable service...succinctly, THEY SUCK Never again... i hope you go bankrupt from your terrible business practices. Not sure how this place has 5 stars from anyone. My husband and I grew up in Nab. Loved Willows Pizza. We haven't had in... such as long time. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Disgusting!!! Grease covered the pizza. Cheese just slid off. One bite byeach of us and an entire pizza thrown away. Never again. Read more
