I hate to do this but our experiences over the last 6 months have been increasingly worse. Tonight was the last straw. The... diner has always been a c+/b- at best for service and cleanliness. We went in and sat at counter tonight. The AC was not on sothe place was less than comfortable. We ordered breakfast and a burger. That?s when the flies began to swarm, landing in thecounter and at times the food. On top of that prices went up like crazy. We are big fans of home town diners but at some pointwhen burgers are 15+ bucks it?s not unreasonable to expect cleanliness and comfort. Read more
My favorite diner in the Westfield area (among the 4). The place is clean, spacious. Wait staff is attentive. Food is well... prepared, traditional diner cuisine at very reasonable prices. I just wish there were open a bit earlier (e.g. 7am). Plenty ofoff-street parking. Read more
Had a shrimp and asparagus omelette. Shrimp in every bite! Food was great and served VERY quickly. Excellent service with... staff checking several times if I needed anything. Parking available which around here is a real plus. Read more
I order from the Westfield Diner 2-3 times per month. To be fair, almost everything is great (aside from their regular fries)?... but on Sunday I ordered a cheesesteak with no onions and was really disappointed. No meat at all. It was pretty pathetic. Excellent location, good food, prices are within reason but unfortunately we do have to Work on Good Customer Service... skills. The Owners have to be just a little more forthcoming and Welcoming and perhaps from that point be better at leadingtheir staff towards that direction as dining there feels like you'll be but another number. It has a lot of potential butobviously satisfactory enough for the owners as it's been decades of same. Read more
