They misplaced order. Waited 30 minutes for a burger. Short staffed. But the guy and girl working were really trying.
Been to a number of Five Guys locations and have always enjoyed the food. One issue that's been consistent at all locations is... the French fries are never very crisp, even when asking for them to be cooked extra. However, this location did producebeautifully crispy, golden brown fries! The order was taking a little longer than usual given that it wasn't very busy, and Isuspected it was due to the fries, and lo and behold it was. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - perfect.The burgers as always were great, but the fries were the star this time. Read more

I had such a bad experience there last night . We walked in to a bunch of workers just talking hanging out very loud . The food... took quite awhile to come out since there were just chatting . We were sitting there eating the very dry burger. When aemployee came and sat down to eat her dinner on break . Another employee came over to talk to her. I heard the older girlbullying the young girl having her dinner . Saying she put something in her food . And was laughing that she was still eating .Everyone working knew what was going on but noone stopped it . The older girl then started again from behind the counter yellingacross the restaurant to the young girl . I yelled out that bullying and the girl did stop and the young girl handle her selfso well but this behavior should never happen in a work place . I will be calling this in today . Read more
Place was packed and there was only a female manager and two young girls, they killed it. They were busy but that manager held... it down, worked hard, and was the embodiment of the service I expect at 5 guys. Best meal ever. Read more
Come here if you want to wait over 30mins for a burger or if you like dealing with rude staff that would prefer to assist people... on the phone, over people standing in line for 10+mins. While we were waiting, a girl cook in the back definitely soundedfrustrated as she is letting people know they have to wait 25-30minutes per order. Read more
Westfield Five Guys always - food is great and made to order. Oreo milkshake is also great!!
Disappointed by the burger but satisfied with the milkshake love the strawberry and chocolate flavor.
