I love Papa John's pizza! I placed an order on line 2 weeks ago. I was told 1.5 hours for delivery. When my pizza arrived it... did not have a side order of peppers to enjoy with my pizza. Unfortunately they were skimpy on the peppers. I thought, I wouldgive them another chance as everyone can have a bad day. Tonight I ordered again. Over an hour wait. Ordered the same with 2 orders of peppers. After an hour the pizza arrived with NO PEPPERS! I called Papa John's and the manager answered. Iinformed the manager of what happened and she hung up on me. I called back and informed her again that my peppers were missing. She told me we don't always put peppers in orders. Again, I told here I ordered 2 additional sides of peppers and did notreceive them with the order. She told me they will be delivered in 30 minutes, here we are writing this review over an hourafter the peppers were supposed to be delivered and ate the pizza! Again, I love Papa John's pizza. Terrible service! Called in an order for delivery and was told it would take 22-32min for delivery, house is 4 min away from... shop. Delivery driver did not arrive for an hour and 15 min after pizza was ordered. One large pizza. Called shop after 45 minwait and was told driver was on the way. Pizza gets here and sticker says pizza wasn't even made until after I called askingwhere my pizza is!? Delivery driver gets here and is cussing in front of my small children that he had to do my delivery insteadof getting a lunch break???? Definitely won't be using this location again! Read more
