I love going to this Marcos. The value is great if you use their app and go to ?Deals?. It seems like they use the Papa johns... model where the pizza is expensive unless you have a coupon, but they always have a coupon if you look for it online. The storedining room is always empty and most of the time there are only 1-2 people waiting on their carry out items. My only complaintis their app doesn?t track carry out pizza orders very well. I?ve shown up 5 minutes after the app says the pizza is ready andhad to wait over 15 minutes in the dining room for my 1 pizza to be done on a Friday. The person on the phone was so rude that I almost felt like cancelling my order! She said I have a thick accent and my English... was not good! This is extremely racist. I tried to complain using the customer care phone number but no one reached out. This isnot the way someone should be treated. This person should be trained how to be patient on the phone. I ordered for a half andhalf pizza and she said my order was ?complicated ? and asked me to order online. I explained her that it was difficult to ordera half and half pizza online and later she went on my accent being ?thick?. Her tone was extremely rude. Food is good, staff seems friendly BUT almost every time, my order is either messed up or delayed. Tonight? We placed the order... at 6:25, showed up for our quoted 6:50 pickup, walked out at 7:25? This will be the last time, the place is dysfunctional. Your service sucks! Read more
