Edit: This place has turned around and has satisfactory service and always delicious frozen custard. Old review: I really want... to like this place, but after four less than satisfactory visits to this location, it's hard. The frozen custard is good butthe service is awful. They forget orders and have no customer service knowledge of how to resolve the situation. I've neverseen any management there, only a few teenagers behind the counter, I'm glad they're giving teens jobs but they need somedirection and help. Read more
Decent prices and good ice cream. They have pup cups for dogs!!!!! Come with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter and a little dog... treat on top. I hadn't seen a company that offered this legit pup cup in Ohio. I had only seen them in Vermont. So excited!! Pupand I will be back. Good deal too - only $2.50! Read more
We regularly come here for frozen treats. The staff are great and the flavors are unique and flavorful. We also have our... perennial favorites as well. After oral surgery my wife could only eat soft things and wanted Witt?s so we came here and theywere so great working with her to make something that wouldn?t hurt her mouth. I am a huge fan of their cookie ice cream sandwiches. These are easily cut in half to share. The staff is super friendly and... patient as I sift through their options. I have not had a bad one yet! After dropping off my daughter for her music lesson across the street on a warm Sunday afternoon, I wandered over to Whit's... Frozen Custard. My expectations were low, since I had been spoiled by the world's best frozen custard as a kid in Akron, Ohio(Strickland's). Boy, was I pleasantly surprised by Whit's! The custard was smooth, creamy, and very flavorful! At $4 for asingle scoop vanilla waffle cone, I'll reserve this for a treat once in a while rather than regularly. But what a great treat itis!
