WOW! This used to be the better of the two Wendy?s in westerville. Went in due to the drive thru line being wrapped around the... building, I should have known to just keep driving. Walk in and there are 20+ people waiting inside. Not due to lack of staff,but lack of urgency or a care. The worst part of all is the manager was there and he was the biggest problem! He wanted toshow Mateo (who I am assuming works there but had the day off) his new iPhone 14, which the manager was scared to take out ofhis pocket because he didn?t have a case. Yup I know their entire conversation? because they weren?t working. Lead by example. Once I got vocal, along with 3 other customers the manager heard us and started moving, and guess what? People FINALLY gottheir orders! Imagine that! 1st time in this location and it'll be my last time. Upon going in everything seemed cool until my family went to the restroom.... There was only 1 stall available for use due to paper towels being stuck in the other stall. When we were able to use theavailable we realized they were completely out of toilet paper & had a stack of paper towels on the toilet paper dispenser forall to use to wipe themselves. Next, the soap dispenser was a hit and miss on dispensing soap. Lastly, we went to order food. Iused a gift card after it showed approved the lady handed me my cups & she along with her trainee walked off to get my food. Asthey did that I went to get my drink. While doin so I was told my food was ready. I sent my children to get the food, only tohave the lady to ye across the restaurant hey you still owe me money. I turned around puzzled because I was under the impressionthe gift card covered it all. I just brush it off like ok I'll just use another form of payment to cover the balance. We sotdown to eat our food only to notice none of our sandwiches had cheese. So I go ask about why this was. Only for the lady to tryto make it fault with the way I ordered, but I corrected her that it wasn't. Then she said, "oh well we ran out of Americancheese we only have pepper jack & Asiago cheese." Im like why wasn't I informed of this before or during my ordering. She juststeered at me & I just felt myself really about to go off. So I just packed up my children and left. Smh Read more
This was easily the dirtiest Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. I literally stuck to the floor at my table. Every table was dirty in the... dining room and we had to clean a table just to sit down to eat. The restrooms had overflowing paper towels and were filthy. Thecookie case was littered with finger prints and there were flies. Absolutely horrible! Read more
After going to two Taco Bell?s and a different Wendy?s on Polaris prkwy, this place was actually open with people working! It... was 12:12am, they were open until 1am. The food turned out great too and the staff was really nice. Everything was fresh my wifeordered food too but ate before I could snap a photo lol. She?s happy with it too :) I ordered a bacon cheddar cheeseburgercombo, and my wife ordered a grilled chicken combo with extra sauce, and the extra sauce was actually there. ???? This is aSaturday night, not sure the hours any other time but the other fast food places I went to either didn?t have enough staff totake my order or was only accepting doordash for the same reason. I went from very upset to happy and grateful that I was ableto bring food back to my wife, thanks to this location actually having staff. Fully recommend. Five stars. Read more

Did not get what I paid for. Due thru line was long. I was on a short lunch break from work. Not enough time to go back. Its... frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. I understand that mistakes happen, but more care should be taken infilling orders. Read more
