On Saturday November 12th my girlfriend and I arrived to this location #390 a few minutes before 12am to find that the location... was not open for orders yet. We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait so they could get the store clean. So we waited, 30minutes went by and they weren't done...so finally once they were done we went inside and were greeted very pleasantly by MissPatty who also apologized for the wait. Then we were greeted by Miss Honey at the grill who also apologized and then ourwaitress Miss Kate who also apologized. We ordered our food, and Miss Honey had it done in no time flat. That woman knows how tomake perfect bacon and eggs if you ask me. Miss Patty and Miss Kate checked on us every 5-10 minutes to make sure we were stillgood and see if we needed anything. But I had to ask what happened.. and from someone who also works in customer service I haveto say the ladies that showed up to work that night were above awesome. Even though we waited longer than anticipated, we sawthe hard work they put into making sure we got the best experience possible. I watch them clean every dish, pieces ofsilverware, cups, counters, machines, pots, pans, floors, tables, everything. Just so that whoever came in to dine didn't haveto do it while in a dirty environment. I appreciate them for caring about the experience, for showing up to work, and for theirdedication. I hope that whoever reads this let's them know that they made the wait worthwhile and that their service did not gounnoticed. Read more
This review is for Gabby, the waitress I had during my visit. She was so kind, attentive to detail, and had excellent customer... service. Even though I was the only customer there, she went above and beyond to be polite and compassionate in herservice. She definitely deserves a 5 star rating for how she took care of me while I was there! The older gentleman who cookedmy food was also very nice too! It?s a Waffle House, you know what you?re going to get as far as food & atmosphere goes. Butservice is what matters most in my opinion. Read more
I love waffle house, we destroyed our food before we had the opportunity for an appetizing picture. The staff is so kind here... despite huge rushes on the weekend. 6/5 stars! Read more
The food is great. I mean, it's Waffle House. But, they're playing the whole "Nobody wants to work" game these days. I came in... at 1:53 PM on Sunday. There were customers dining. Somebody cooking. One employee sitting at the counter doing nothing. I wasgreeted with, "We can't take orders until about 2:30". Huh? I've been a loyal Waffle House customer for over 30 years, fromdeep down south. But, I think maybe this location is failing, like so many others. Read more
I went with friends to eat here and it was terrible. When we entered the place the 2 people working said we would have to wait... because they were on their break. Our table was uncleaned and had crums and water all over it. So we waited about 15 minutesthen the waiter asked us "what would you order" without giving us a menu. After we ordered and got the food none of them were inorder. They had completely mixed up our orders. The food was ok the steaks were burned as well. None of the tables around uswere cleaned. Nobody cleaned the tables only picked up tips. I highly don't recommend this place to eat at maybe try adifferent Waffle House. This is what I call an Awful House Read more

Ok so I gave 5 stars... the same rating I would give a high end steak house so the scales are tipped a bit. This is a 5-star... out of 5-stars because for a Waffle House I got exactly what I wanted and it was great. Served quickly, with a greatattitude. Highly recommend the bacon and eggs.
