1. Service was fair, most of my food was good. 2. Server did not ask how my food was or if I needed anything else. In her... defense she was the only server in a slightly busy dinner; the four line cooks didn?t seem to be helping her very much as theyseemed too busy choosing which loud music to subject the customers to or talking/texting on their phones. 3. I do not think theyknow how to make french toast. The tops were almost burnt while the insides were still gooey and uncooked. It was offered withmy meal in place of toast; sadly, I did not eat it. My husband took my family out to breakfast and they came out with undone potatoes for my husband. My breakfast I ordered was an... omelette with cheese which had no taste to it and when we addressed the matter we were told they cant do anything for us. Theyreally took the food back off my plate and my husband's plate as well and told us they will not remake anything for us. Trustme, this is not all they did to us. I then asked for a to go box from the girl waitress who was seating people coming into thedoor and she ignored my request twice. I then asked the boy waitress twice as well for a to go box and again he did not want tohelp us. I start to look around and noticed we were being mistreated because of our color and the request for our food to berecooked. Decided to stop in at The Pancake House this morning. Was greeted by Ana my waitress. Ordered the #4 Combo which has eggs, hash... browns, sausage and pancakes. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Sausage was super tasty. Pancakes come with it and they are huge,Yummmy!!! They have plastic dividers up for safety reasons which is great. Place is super clean. Great place to have breakfast. Absolute class. Great service. The food was outstanding. Using fresh Ohio ingredients makes a world of difference. Clean open,... grill and spotless dining room. Coffee was hot and fresh. Ok, so I'm a little biased as breakfast is my favorite meal, but this place was wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly, the... establishment was clean with a 50's/60's look, the service is fast and the food was hot, delicious and the perfect serving.After I finished, I watched as the cook made a Mickey pancake for a child that was there. May not seem like much, but it makesme feel like they care about their patrons. As they say "If baby's not happy, nobody's happy!" Worth a visit. Read more

The Pancake house turned out to be this nice homely brunch place. It was a great find after looking up a lot of brunch places... which don't break your wallet and which are value for money! We ordered buckwheat and pecan pancakes which were quiet amazing.I missed the different syrups IHOP offers for pancakes but oh well the food here was quiet fresh. I have probably eaten maybethrice in my life a reuben sandwich and over here it was amazing as well! So i do recommend a reuben here. So having said allthis , menu was simple and easy to order from and my omelette which i really don't remember was fantastic. All in all 4 star andmaybe it could reach 5 in my rating whenever i get and try some more things on the menu. Read more

Yes, yes and more yes. Yes 1,000x. Yes 1,000,000x. Small little cozy diner. It can't sit that many people. That matters none... when the service is excellent and personable. I'm going to sit on this for a while. My friend and his wife treated us becausethey said it's easily some of best breakfast they've ever had (fact). What they didn't tell us is how they're like family therebecause of how often they go there. Once I tasted the food, I learned why they're there every weekend. You go to a place withpancake in the title and you expect great pancakes. Well they deliver great fluffy pancakes, hearty pancakes at that. But torival the pancakes, we can't forget the service.
