I had what was probably the best sandwich I?ve ever had in my life today at this Subway. Employees were nice, good work!

Worst experience at a Subway restaurant ever, if I give this store a negative -5 stars I would. When ordering my sub I was told... if I wanted more that 6 black olives on my sub, that she have to charge me extra $. The lady who helped me claimed she was thestore manger and she was very rude. We stopped there at about 9:15 p.m.,Wednesday 6-20-2018. The employee clearly had no real interest in serving us. She was ready... to go home. She was very rude that the tea had been thrown out: she literally snapped at us and yelled ?the tea is gone? afterwe watched her throw it out! (She later claimed she threw it away at 7:30!) There was no more meatball marinara, and she did notoffer to heat more. She told my son she was closing soon, and we had 45 minutes left. She was trying to unnecessarily rush uswhen there were no other customers. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and did! I want the owner to know that thisemployee should not be serving the public. She is a very rude person and frankly lied about when the tea was thrown out and whenthe place closed. She said it closed at 9:45 when the internet and sign said 10:00! She did nothing to please us the customers,and lost a $15-20 sale. Rude service looked at the customers like they where eyesores, really disrespectful in the way they talked to us. Buns seemed... old they seemed to be planning on using the same old buns for the next day as well. From someone who works at the food industryhighly reccomend a change of workers or their attitudes. Dirty location. This is inside the Meijer store and I have seen cleaner restaurants inside highway gas stations. Gnats were all... around the soda machine and the bathroom was filthy. With the sticky floors and filthy walls it appeared to not have beencleaned in months. Had I had the pleasure of smelling the mop bucket prior to ordering food we would have eaten at anotherlocation. 2 stars only because the food was edible. Read more
Place has gone down hill. Avoid, and go to the one across the street
