Ordered in store. After 40 minutes I still didn?t have my spiced pumpkin latte. Got a refund. Will not return.
Stopped in the drive thru and the crew were super friendly and made sure the order was correct. The coffee for me was hot and... sandwich and frap for my son was fresh! Usually stop at the Kroger location inside the store, but will definitely stop here morenow that I know how lovely the staff is. You would think a coffee shop would have coffee. By 1:00 they aren?t brewing blonde roast and there is no pike place ready.... AFTER placing our order and paying we are told we can either wait or take Americanos. Apparently they can?t make a properAmericano either. My venti was literally light brown water (think iced tea) - I guess an Americano to them is making one shot ofespresso and filling the cup with room temperature water. Literally disgusting. There was no offer for a refund or to adjustthe price. The place had better customer service when they were closed. As much as a convenient coffee shop would be nice, theyneed to close it until they can get people that know how to run it. Read more
