I realize it?s my own fault for not verifying the hours of this location, but when I arrived 10min after closing (still not... realizing the hours yet) and there are at least 5 employees standing around the front of the store chatting away, looking at methen turning their backs to me while I tried to open the door then tried to find the store hours sign? none could have spared asecond to come to the door and just let me know they were closed and couldn?t assist with my order. I?ll stick to the Gahanna orReynoldsburg locations where I?ve always experienced great customer service as a frequent customer. Read more
Nothing Bundt Gratitude for the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes Westerville. Manager Misha and her team worked SO hard to make our... school fundraiser a HUGE success. I cannot imagine the amount of behind-the-scenes work this team put in prepping and bagging900 bundt cakes! Misha was a great leader, taking time to listen, promptly responding to questions, and driving the van the dayof delivery! Absolutely recommend this location for desserts to celebrate special occasions, fundraising, and everyday treats! The best for cakes in the area! Read more

Same great cake, as always! Super friendly staff! Trying to provide a constructive criticism: I pre ordered my cake to be picked... up at 1 pm. Due to COVID restrictions, all preordered cakes are being picked up in the back parking lot. There are only 8parking spaces available to text and receive your cake/order. After a 30 minute wait I was able to park in one of the designatedparking spaces and close to an hour after my pick up time I was able to get my order. Maybe allowing customers to park anywherein the back parking lot and text a description of their vehicle and order name would help lessen the wait time for thecustomers.
