Update: the manager contacted us back and had pulled the video footage and verified and also pulled up our charges and saw the... refund had not been done and took care of refunding the second sub we were charged for. She also addressed the issues with theemployee, if anyone is willing to actually look into things and make things right by the customer, we will certainly return andgive another chance. The new manager seems to be very concerned with the way the store is run in her absence. Unfortunately, ittook calling her back twice because the same employee whom the complaint was regarding is the one who answered the phone andwould not let me speak with the manager and just kept saying "you called the wrong number, this is a sub store." We have beenassured the manager will be addressing this as well. DO NOT EAT HERE. The customer ahead of me asked the woman making the subsTHREE times to grill her onions with her sub. The woman kept ignoring her telling her the other woman would add her onions. Shesure did add the onions, she added the onions RAW to her grilled sub. The employee was only worried about taking the orders ofevery person in line, people standing BEHIND other people against the back wall: not writing anything down. Most people did noteven know she was speaking to them because it was INAPPROPRIATE to even be taking their orders at that point. Making people payfor their order BEFORE their subs were even started. Then when my sub came up, it was a turkey sub rather than an Italian sub.When I pointed this out, the woman making the subs started telling ME that I ordered the WRONG thing. I told her to stop takingthe orders of every person in line speaking through other people if you cannot hear and focus on the order you are currentlymaking as I did NOT order turkey. A variety of subs to suit most peoples people's taste and appetites. They have a variety of both hot and cold subs along with... wraps and 3 different types of bread. There is a large selection of potato chips ect. And soda along with bottled water. Read more

Jersey Mike's is always good. However, at this location today, the woman I presume to be the manager had to micro manage... everything about my order. She started to take my order but did not finish, cut the meat for my cold subs and finished cookingmy hot sub. It was like she did not trust any of the employees who were polite and seam to know what they were doing. I was notasked what I wanted on my hot sub, I had to get it added on after it was wrapped. Walked in right at close of business expecting an irritated employee ready to close up shop. Received amazing customer service... from a person who took pride in the sandwich and was thrilled to talk to me about fresh bread. Sandwich looked like the pictureand tasted even better. Great spot for subs. We have been going there for years. Plenty of staffing changes which at times means the service is not... up-to par. Most of the staff that have been here a while are good. 20210507: Update - Today went to get early lunch, but after Iarrived the place was closed. I absolutely LOVE coming to this location! I order online and I get exactly what I ask for every time. It is always ready for... me when I arrive. They have the best roast beef around! The nice young lady who handed me my order (Kelly) made sure I hadextra napkins like I asked for. The guy making sandwiches greeted me immediately upon entering the restaurant. I was in andout in just like 90 seconds. Took me longer to fill my drink...lol. I recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Read more

The Food Tastes Good BUT Subs Are Always A Mess & Not WrappedRight So Your Sandwich Falls All Over Everywhere. The Preparation Table Is Always A Mess, Like They Only Clean It Once At Night.I Even Been Here During Busy & Slow Times & Same Results.
