We had an awesome experience coming in with our five kids for dinner. We were welcomed and seated right away. Our server got the... kids? orders in quickly (before I had even decided on mine), and their food came right out. This consideration is so appreciatedwhen dining out with little ones! Granted I went here at about 1230am I still didn't expect what I got. I walked in and one waiter saw me and was taking an order... I waited because they had a sign saying please wait to be seated so I did as directed. Waited almost 10 minutes till I walkedover and asked if I could seat my self. I sat down and the booth felt like a spring was pushing up from the inside. This needsto be fixed. Then my Female waitress about 5 minutes later comes strolling out with my water drenched in the smell of Marijuana.I mean I thought she was a skunk. So disgusting I am pretty sure all the employees were smoking pot in the back which explainsthe long wait, bad service and the low quality of food. All I ordered was the strawberry banana pancakes. Were the strawberryswere completely frozen and pancakes were just ok but my appetite was spoiled by the skunk smell from the waitress. I have neverbeen to this Westerville location only Dublin which was night and day. I recommend s different location. Read more
The last few times I have been here over a span of several months, I've had fairly poor experiences. Most recently, our server... was attentive to our table and the food was accurate and tasted fine, which were the only positives. But we were seated at anobviously dirty table even though we were quite literally the only customers dining at the time. My partner and I had to shareone menu as that's all we were given. There were tons of dirty tables all around us and the room they use for private partieshad dirty handprints all over the glass windows. I could have understood and forgiven all this if the place was busy orunderstaffed or something but I not only saw no other customers, but there were several employees just chit-chatting in the backout in the open almost the whole time we ate and not one person attempted a cleaning duty. I don't even know if they all wereemployees to be honest since half of them were in regular street clothes but definitely none of them were customers as they wereall just standing around chatting. Not a professional atmosphere at all and the cleanliness levels were abysmal. Which doesn'tdo wonders for my appetite and makes me hesitant to trust the cleanliness of the kitchen. I also question whether they had anymanagement or oversight of the team at all. I do appreciate that they are open later than many options but with the experiencesI've had lately I'm taking my chances and money elsewhere until conditions seem like they've improved. Read more
Popped in at 10:45 and paid at midnight. Outside of them being slow- it was a good experience. Food was fresh and delicious.... The staff was friendly. They weren't super busy and a few folks walked out because it was taking a while, but honestly it was agood experience. Our waiter and the gentleman seating us were both very kind. The music was really good, so we could enjoy goodconversation and great music while waiting. The men in my party of 3 both said the mens restroom was kinda gross. I orderedthe 55 breakfast sampler and everything was in point. The hubs got the appetizer sampler and took some home. My son wantedchicken tenders and fries - scarfed them down before the plate had time to cook. If we had been in a hurry it wouldn't haveworked but we had time. Read more
Where do I start? No syrup bottles on the table, no tea of any kind. Food took forever even though the place isn?t even 1/4 of... its full capacity. Pancakes fell apart, hash browns were burnt to the point of being unable to eat them. Would not recommendthis location to anyone. And the French toast? Little baby pieces. Food was pretty good but not hot. No silverware until we asked for it (several times) and it came considerably later than our... food... Which is saying something since the food took over 45 minutes. Luckily waffles can be finger food. Speaking of fingerfood, the waiter checked the temperature of my wife's pancakes by giving them a little massage while he was putting the platedown. Yucky. Absolutely the worst dining experience. Took 5 min for someone to greet us. 10 min before our server came over. He took our... order and delivered our food. Never saw him again till he dropped off our check. We were his only table. My pancakes were nothot enough to melt the butter on top of them. The place had all of 6 customers and there were dirty tables. The owners of thisestablishment should be embarrassed. Will never eat here again. Read more
This is the IHOP on the Polaris parkway next to Meijer. You can see this one from the road easily but entrance is on the other... side. This one is big and has enough seating. Due to the staff shortage I always felt there is some delay in the service. Apartfrom the food quality is great. Weekend morning will be rush but afternoon are good to visit. Read more
