1.) The service was horrible. It took 20 minutes to get waited on, despite there being plenty of staff standing around... chatting?. And it took even longer to get our check. 2.) The Draft Beer tasted like whatever candy flavored beer had been runthe line prior to the one currently being poured. 3.) I?m pretty sure I saw a large unidentified insect scamper down the walland into a hole in the baseboard. 4.) There was NO SOAP in the men?s room? so, does the kitchen staff wash there hands afterusing the bathroom? ???? ? But, this was truly the BEST PIZZA I?ve EVER had in Central Ohio !!! ???????????? Columbus or New York? They used to ask this question upon order and I assumed, since 100% of my numerous orders have been... Columbus, and since my family and self prefer the thinner crust, would be made as such. Upon arrival only to see the NY stylepie. I guess if they will not ask me my preference in the future, I will need to make sure I will cover their responsibility tomake sure the customer?s order is complete. 1. What size would you like? 2. My go to pizza of all time. I love the fresh ingredients and the crispy crust of the columbus style pizza. Lots of veddie... choices. Try the roastie or the flexitarian. The small is good for two but if you oredr alone you will likely finish all of it.Friendly ambience and good service. Take your own Tabasco sauce. Read more
They have a great NY style pie, and their custom's are very nice. The one caveat is the heartland app; despite there being... selection for a future order, it's ignored. Assume all orders through the app are ASAP. Read more
I want to start off by saying they have the absolute best salads at amazing prices! The ingredients are fresh and taste clean... and fresh - the homemade dressings are out of this world delicious! We always get the Red Bird Special, which is an 18 inch NewYork style pizza and it never disappoints! The dessert apple pizza was good. The cheesecakes I wouldn't get again, they remindedme of no bake ones. My son swears by the Columbus style ???? pizza. The spaghetti with meatballs is great and of course theBuffalo chicken dip is all you want in an appetizer! The birdie breadsticks are so delicious and are always a favorite andlucky for us a happy hour special! They bartender always mixes up a great adult beverage and they have more in tap than onecould drink in a setting. Overall they exceed expectations of a local pizza place and are worth a visit inside - but they sellcocktails to go. Read more

The pizza is fantastic. My only real complaint is that uptown can be tough to navigate around dinner time and ordering delivery... can take an hour (I live in Genoa Twp so I am not super far away but not super close either). If I am already in uptown foranother reason, it's always a good time to order pizza for carryout. My husband also likes the beer selection. Read more
