The experience me and my family had here was extremely unpleasant. The staff and waiters were very racist and had served food to... a table of white men before we even had service. We?re an African American Muslim family and this experience was atrocious. Iwill never come to this location ever again. DO BETTER. Read more

Our server was great - prompt, friendly and courteous. On the other hand, to the Somali family was waited 15 minutes as the wait... staff argued over who would seat them and serve them (including the store manager) I am so sorry for your treatment. At firstit was just the hostesses who were dismissive of the family, but when a manager says loud enough for other to hear that he willnot wait on the family, it is a true shame. Read more

Service was incredibly slow and bad. I waited 30 minutes for my cappuccino. I waited an hour for my food and then she brought me... the wrong food. Had to wait 10 more minutes for my food. Then the food was really greasy and the toast was not included. I askedher for the toast but still didn?t get it. I didn?t get any refills while I was there but got one as I was leaving. My order was suppose to be ready at 652pm. It is currently 718 and I am still waiting. Watching the carryout person talk to the... delivery guy. Watching the silverware person wrapping the silverware , licking her finger between each wrap to pick up a napkin.Eight people working, very few tables filled. People waiting to be seated 15 mins. Got my order. It is 730pm. Don't eat thereunless you are in NO hurry. Read more

My meal was over cooked. I informed the server and sent the food back. The manager offered to cook a fresh meal but I said no.... The took the poorly prepared meal off the bill. The server and manager apologized and were gracious. I suspect that they areexperiencing help issues like the rest of the service industry. The meals for the rest of the family were as expected. Yesterday the service was the worst ever. I made a curbside pick order. I had to call the curbside phone number 3 times before... they answered and sat on hold for 5 minutes. After I got through, it took them 22 minutes to bring me the food and the turkeywas super dry. I think to call the restaurant 4 times to voice my concerns about the dried out turkey, but each time I was puton hold and then disconnected. Avoid this location. Read more

Horrible!!! I have been trying to give them chance after chance but after today I?m done!! I ordered a make it yourself... omelette, with American cheese, diced ham, spinach and mushrooms?and this is what they gave me. A egg with no cheese, and justthrew the toppings inside with even cooking or cutting them into diced pieces. Just lazy. Whoever the cook is this morningshould be fire! I called and complained, the manager just said ok I got you, I said got what? He said I?ll refund you..withouteven asking if I wanted to reorder or anything. Then just hung up. No confirmation on the refund amount or anything. Drove backup there to get a receipt of the refund so I can feel more secure. But smh never going to this one again! Just lazy andunprofessional.
