The bagels and cream cheese at this location are good. The shop is pretty much solely run by high schoolers who lack great... customer service skills, work ethic, and common sense at times. So sometimes you can get a very jenky sandwich that not muchcare was put into. Be prepared for some very slow service at times as well here. This is probably a product of the fact thekids don?t get paid enough and I never see an authoritative figure in there to help guide things. So you can?t really blame thekids. They?re probably just there to make some extra spending $. I?m sure if you asked them most would probably say they don?tenjoy working there. Read more
Don?t online order at this location, you are better off going in and just ordering it. This is officially the third time now my... wife and I have ordered online given them ample time to make it I am talking 20-30 minutes and yet when we go in they don?t haveit ready and tell me ?I see your ticket but it must have not printed off somehow? so then you have to wait for another 10minutes for them to make it in front of you anyway. Online orders are for people like us with a baby and who have no time towaste, this is the third time now this location has FUMBLED the ball on our online order, we will never be back as there isalways an issue at this location.
