Customer service was "none" they give you a menu and tell you to come back up to place your order...there were no other... customers in the place... plastic utensils...did come to check how we were...ordered a spinach, onion, mushroom and fetaquasadia OMG so much grease soaked that the bread was nasty and the grease was dripping off..tried to soak some up with lots ofnapkins...it was uneadable..will never go back there.... Fantastic menu, pizza, dessert choices, welcoming and professional staff, great prices, and fast service! Their food is... delicious, always hot, and they have choices for kids, proced accordingly. Read more
Great Food, Fish n chips is always as ordered. Crispy chicken wrap is Fire, Best in Town imo
Ordered the steak special grinder. Nothing special at all. Needed a magnifying ???? glass to find the cheese, mushrooms and... onions. The bread was stale. Also ordered the Italian grinder. Bread was stale again. The ingredients were tasteless. Now I knowwhy I have lived in Westerly for 8 years and have never ordered from this shop again Subway would have been a better choice Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. There was a screw baked into my food!!!!Almost chipped my tooth and swallowed it. Customer service was awful... when bringing up this issue. 7+ food health violations ????. Read more

We've been here twice. The first time the manager was incredibly frustrated with the other employees and did not hold back on... sharing her feelings. This did not make for a relaxing atmosphere. However, the good value and delicious, chewy crust eventuallydrew us back. During this visit, four flies buzzed around our table continuously. They were very aggressive and landed on ourhands, clothing, and kept dive bombing our meal. Eventually I had to cover everything with paper napkins to keep them off. Ourhalf taco half supreme pizza was wonderful however. Review: good food, needs a revamped atmosphere for dining in. EDIT: Wetried it again--we do enjoy their pizza and feel like it is a good value. I gave it another star for improvement. Interior wascleaner and less irritating than before. ???? One thing we like about Pizza Vita is they allow us to break up a large pizza fourways, allowing us to try several different kinds. This time we got taco, buffalo chicken (delish!), Italian, and supreme. It wasexcellent. The $22 option can easily feed four adults (or two to three hungry teenage boys). We will definitely be back. I kinda want to go back and try something else haha, i had the coney island hot dogs and they were sonethin else. I made the... mistake of having two, but i think one alone would have been alright. They probably have much better pizza since they are apizza place after all.
