Went to Ralph?s Ices in Westbury NY and a young redhead girl basically ignored my sister and I when we tried to place an order.... She refused to give us any attention as we asked her questions about the ice cream. II told her she was being rude and sherolled her eyes. We were very impressed with the atmosphere and overall quality of Ralph?s! The manager presented himself to us and was very kind... and helpful when it came to picking flavors. I would like to know when the owner will be putting up an awning, that covers the seats out front and see through shades, on... windows. At 4:58 pm it is so hot in the store that the ices are melting. Just putting your hand on the case you can feel theheat...from cooking in the sun.
