The place was full all the time. The churrasco was the best: tender, juicy and flavorful. The tostones are... humongous. Unfortunately, the "filete encebollado" was hard and too firm. Read more

Good food. Not a big lot of parking on premises. Prices a little bit stiff. I guess, if it was otherwise, the place, which is... already small, would be crowded. Anyway, it’s clean and acceptable. Food is good. I just don’t like their small parking lot, which always look dirty & the stiff prices of the dishes which went up, breaking the small Columbiana restaurant’s experienceof before. But food is good. If you go there with a date, expect to pay the same as a Red Lobster ($100-$120). Read more

Visited for the first time on Labor Day after our first and second choices for lunch were closed for the day and Pollos El Paisa... should have been our first choice! Outside it looks like an old dinner turned to what it is today - nothing special until youwalk in and are greeted by friendly host, owner, and staff. And the food…loaded overflowing delicious food piled onto platesthat make everyone happy even the friends/family at home because you will be bringing the uneaten left overs home! We orderedthe paella for 2 with half a roast chicken and platanos on the side - this could have been for 4 or 5! Seasoning was right onand not too salty on everything. Roast chicken was falling off the bone. The platanos were sweat, soft, and tangy. The mangoslush hit the spot. A great spot with yummy Columbian food loaded onto your plate all served with a smile. Plus therestrooms were very clean! This will be many a first choice when we are in the area in the future! Read more

Food wasn’t bad nor good. I’ve had much better. I honestly didn’t mind paying an extra 4$ for sharing my plate but I am... reflecting on the service. Everyone energy felt like they were over it. Not a smile or a good bye when we left. Use to bebetter back in the day but not anymore. I would most certainly not come back. Read more

No need to go into Jackson Heights or Corona, Queens for authentic Colombian. This small restaurant in Westbury is serving up... huge and authentic tasting Colombian dishes at very reasonable prices. Super friendly staff and made me feel I was family. Stopby next time you’re in the area. I guarantee you’ll not be disappointed. Read more

First of all I want to mention the excellent service from the wait staff, truly 5 stars. The place was wall to wall customer's... but they never forgot anything and visited our table several times to check on us. The food was prepared and presentedperfectly. I had the skirt steak and my wife and daughter share a Bandeja Paisa (Country Platter) and half a roasted chicken. The portions were so big, we could have fed a fourth person easily. This is definitely on my revisit list. Read more

Located on a busy corner, it's fortunate that it has a parking lot. Service is excellent and very accommodating, and the place... is reminiscent of a coach diner. Food is good, offering your Colombian staple dishes. For me, the basic rice and beans tell itall, and they have it right. The grilled meats, chicharones, and rotisserie chicken are the complements. However, the empanadas, could use a better masa. Prices are ok, but definitely good Colombian food. Read more
