Twice I bought chicken wings in both times they were overcooked and dried out

used to deliver to me and all of a sudden claims they have never delivered to hicksville. The town right next to them. I have... menu's and receipts from them and they didnt care and just rudely pushed off a customer who has gone there for years and hungup. Very disappointing. The teriyaki chicken is so dry it?s makes my mouth dry. When you search up the chicken you see sauce and color, but mine you see... the opposite. They say it?s suppose to taste dry does that make sense. WHAT FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO BE DRY. DONT ORDER FROM THISPLACE!! ???? Read more
One of the reasons why I still go to this place is because it is convenient when I am doing laundry next door and just want... something quick to eat. This place changed owners in the last couple of years. The new lady that is there does not have thegreatest customer service skill. The owners before were great even when under pressure during busy times. This lady yells on thephone and is short tempered. She doesn't seem to like when you ask for amendments to what is on the menu. For example, theirchicken wings are a hit and miss. There are times that they are really good and there are times when they are not. Sometimesthey fry them too long and they become hard and dry so you not really having much taste of the meat just dry over fried chicken.The French fries and fried rice is a hit and miss. Sometimes the fries are not that good and other times they great. They tendto not put in any effort into their fried rice. It is just basically fried yellow rice and not your "traditional" fried rice.The fried crab legs are good. The other reason why still go there occasionally is there is one guy that does the cooking andruns on days that the lady is out. He used to do the deliveries when the other owner had it. He is still there and he is great.He has a great personality and hardly ever see him upset. The lady's kids are there to help out many times they have a betterattitude than she does. If the guy was not there any longer, I would never go back there. This is the same reason I stoppedgoing to the place in the shopping center down the road where there is Fine Fare and across from Checkers. The people there havenasty attitudes. When you in the business serving food, attitude is everything. All jobs have their stressful moments, but thisis the first you choose so deal with it best you can. Read more
The food was amazing. The food was very authentic and you could tell they put alot of effort into it and the prices were so low... for so much food! The staff was very friendly, and got the order perfect the first try and even threw in a free egg roll! Read more
The customer service is no joke but the food is amazing. Don?t call unless you know what you want and you?re ready to order,... they are super busy and will be impatient. The slushees are sooo good, try the mango with lychee jelly. The food is always wellcooked and tasty, I haven?t had a bad meal from them. Read more
