I recently ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Market Bowl with mashed potatoes, corn and poultry gravy via Door Dash. Immediately,... the ampleness of the bowl astonished me. It was brimming with plentiful, juicy and succulent white meat chicken, as well asfluffy, delicious mashed potatoes. The tender corn niblets were sweet and tasty, accompanied by a rich, aromatic andwell-seasoned gravy. The corn bread ordered was fresh, golden and slightly sweet; as too was an ample slice of delectable applepie. All in all, the Rotisserie Chicken, Market Bowl ordered from Boston Market exceeded my expectations surprisingly so! Thiswas my first time ordering it; however, it certainly will not be my last. I telephoned the Westbury location and complimentedthe meal to Mike, whom I believe to be the manager. He was appreciative of the call and asked me to tell two people. Ordered online. They didn't have what I ordered so they randomly picked another item that was substantially less money, forgot... half the order and gave me regular coke instead of diet. And NEVER told me when I picked it up...why??? Don't you thinktelling me about the fact that you were out of the crispy chicken and diet coke was important enough and to make the decisionfor me about what I want to eat especially since I paid for something MORE expensive? Knowing that with the price of gas Iwould not return to change it or retrieve my missing cornbread? This is the WORST Boston Market I have ever been to and I willNEVER order from them again. I have eaten there before this experience was much better than the first visit. Before entering the store there trash around the... rear door and the elevator lift was extremely nasty. I wouldn't want a family member using it. The server was very helpful asthere was a fifteen minute wait for more chicken to come off the grill. However, the server offer a free drink while waiting.The anterior was clean I guess that is what counts. Read more
This location as of 6/9/22 has a completely new staff and this place has gone downhil significantly because of that. The new... "Manager" has 0 customer service skills and the food looked so unappealing. I'll definitely miss coming here as often as I didwhen the old staff was here, they used to be very kind and welcoming. What a shame to see such good employees leave however ifan entire staff is gone it truly speaks volumes to how the company treats their staff. Don't waste your money here, in an arealike westbury there are PLENTY of other places to get a meal at. Read more
First time ordering here. I waited about 5mins before someone took my order and that?s quick considering there were 3 other ppl... ahead of me. The chicken and the hickory BBQ is delicious. Mashed potatoes were perfect. The corn bread was a bit dry and couldbe served more fresh and not as stale. My order was done correctly and friendly staff. Overall my experience was great. Read more
The service has been really good here. I don't frequent Boston Market bur everytime I go to this location, I have no complaints.... The food is good as is the service. Some servers are nicer than others but they've all been really good. The food is fresh. Theyget ????points for always wearing their ???? mask properly! They have enough parking and the place is clean. No issues! Iactually left one BM that I rated terrible to drive to this one that I usually buy from. Read more
THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN HILL!! So on 8/13/21 at around 7:15PM I decide to stop by our local Boston market in Westbury to grab... some dinner with my girlfriend, we're tired and hungry, she had just gotten out of work and we walk in into this store with 7people waiting online, and there's only this young man standing there serving people and taking care of the register, and mindyou there's 3 people in the back talking laughing doing god knows what, Horrible experience & poor customer service!! it's sadto see this place get worse by the day, I've been coming here for years and I don't know if it because they're about to closedown but the whole store is in completely bad shape, seats are broken, Bathrooms are filthy and to put the last nail in thecoffin they make anxious customers wait 6- 8 minutes for a meal, with a fully staffed store, Unbelievable!!
