Pretty horrible experience every time I order here. Unfortunately it?s the closest Panera, which is extra unfortunate because... they are very, very, very bad at this location. Missing items in just about every order we make here, and 90% of the time, I geta notification saying it?s ready, and then go in to find they are either still assembling it, or it?s not ready for 5-10minutes. Have contacted their customer service before, but clearly the feedback is not getting to whoever runs this one. I getwanting to improve online ordering metrics and all that, but not when it?s inaccurate to a fault. Love Panera, but this locationgives the others a bad rap! Read more
Food is delicious but the new menu and portion size assures I will never go back. Period.

I ordered a simple Turkey, cheese and Avocado. The Turkey in the sandwich seemed extremely watery. Not sure what that was... about. They forgot to put the cheese on my sandwich. When I went to the counter to just ask for the cheese on a plate to do itmyself, one employee was very nice and took care of it. Read more
