Worst KFC ever ...dont waste your money . Gone 3 times figured it would be better each time the chicken was terrible. Not the cleanest or Speedy experience with them the last time I visited. But the cashier was very enthusiastic and... knowledgeable. I will check in once more hopefully was just one of those days but if I were to go again I would be sticking tothe drive-thru to save myself the dirty dining experience. Read more

Foods typically great, one star for the inability to pay an enticing enough wage for there tombe more than two employees... catering to a stacked drive thru. Whomever is in charge is actually at fault and I refuse to pass the buck onto the peoplemaking the food. Fix your system. Read more
Westbrook location closes at 10 pm. We pull up to the drive thru at 8:30pm and get no service. Go to drive away only to see... employees inside with good still in warmers and such. Tried to go in to be told lobby is closed order online. Online orderingwas unavailable. Seems the employees are just standing around getting paid but closed down the store early. No lobby. Only ones niw to keep their lobby closed. Doid was adequate, as u would expect. Never asked me about my potatoes so I... threw out the mashed potatoes. Cookie cone with the meal? I 4got. Didnt matter. Didnt get it. Not opening the lobby is just bad. Read more
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER drive away from this horrible place without taking your entire order out of the bag and opening up... everything to check that your order is correct. Because it seldom is. This evening we ordered two 2 breast meals at the drivethru. Got home, 7 or 8 miles, what's in our boxes? Each box had 2 quite small thighs. In excess of $25 for 4 thighs. Small, greasy and certainly not extra crispy. Some variation of this happens almost everytime you order. We had sworn we'dnever go again, but sometime fried chicken sound so good. Never again. Dont waste your money. Go to Hannaford and buy somefrozen fried chicken and bake it in a nice hot oven. Total rip off. Read more
