Very disappointed in this place. On my last few visits I have not had the best experience. On my last visit to the Bliss area I... booked a private hot sauna. At my slotted time I found it occupied. Hoping the person would be out soon I used the otheramenities. I was surprised at this visit that they only give you one towel and they are not pleased if you ask for additional.Anyway much after my scheduled sauna time a person emerges and it is an off duty staff who has taken no regard for using myscheduled time. She is dripping wet in perspiration. No one cleans the sauna after her use and I certainly do not want to go innow to sit in her body sweat! The facility is starting to show wear and tear. The outdoor hot tub had debris floating in it sothat was not very appealing. The place is generally crowded and not very easy to find serenity with route 9 traffic noise quiteprevalent. The bolsters in the yoga area are beginning to bear sweat stains and the blankets have a peculiar odor. Also beadvised if you purchase a 10 pack of visits they have an expiration date that you won't find anywhere on the website. Onlything I have to say positive is Sharan is an awesome yoga instructor. Received a gift card of $153, good for 3 reflexology massages. Despite stating this when I booked my appointment, checked in,... and checked out, I was charged $75 for one. When I questioned this, again mentioning the rate for purchasing three (this isposted on the mind/body portal, but payment by gift card is not available) I was completely ignored and dismissed. The spa isnice, but customers should leave feeling pampered. I left feeling as though I didn't exist. Read more
