Friendly staff,very fast, and my favorite local Dunkin Donuts to go to. Although they do not have a drive thru, you won't be... disappointed with walking in to get your coffee or food you will not have to worry about waiting in a long line, because theyare very prompt for having your order ready in a quick and timely matter. All the Dunkin Donuts pretty much have good service oh, occasionally they mess your coffee up completely but hey everyone makes... mistakes. I don't believe they treat their employees the way they should because these are dedicated and kind people. Read more
There is no handicap parking,no drive thru,, no ramp,( 1 step) +quite a few steps to get to counter from door. Where the... aggravation if you can because it's always quiet even at rush hour..and on the way to Rte 9. Encountered one rude cashier thismorning, I think she thought I was trying to get a free coffeeas first I went back in as there wasn't enough milk in it, that'smy fault, then I went back in because the thing was leaking in my drink holder was overflowing as I sat right outside the store.The coffee was still over half full and she made these little quips insinuating I was trying to get a free coffee. Expect a long wait... staff is super friendly but over worked. Seems like recently DD is only putting two people on per shift so... don't expect to "run" in for a coffee as you will be waiting for a while. We almost left and drove down to another DD with moreemployees. This isn't a one time issue this has been ongoing the last couple months. I think today was the tipping point...lesson learned. These poor employees barely stopped to breath, it's just not fair to see two people work so hard when there usedto be 3-4 people to carry the order load. Read more
I go to DD all over the state of Mass. and spend about $50 to $60 dollars a week there. This DD has to be the worst one I have... ever been to. The employees are nice people but, they can't make a coffee or tea the way you like it to save there life. I triedthe DD app so I wouldn't have to go in and tell them 3 times what I would like. This is the only DD that never has the orderready when you get there. Tonight, I showed up and they never even new I placed the order. Had to to wait at least 10 minutes toget my order when it should have been ready in the first place. This is the only DD I can get my truck close to, on the way homefrom work but, I am ready to give up my evening coffee because of these employees.
