Absolutely atrocious! After being seated no one came for over half an hour to get us beverages. Almost an hour in they... remembered to take our orders. Almost 2 hours in we had to ask someone I our food was coming. They brought in half the tablesfood which was now cold. 15 minutes later we got remaining cold food for other half of table. The location and staff are excellent. The food is sub par. We stopped in for breakfast and there seemed to be some confusion as... to who our server was. The roasted potatoes were way overcooked. The omelette was tasteless, toast cold. we did n ot return herefor food during our stay. Read more
Well, where do I start? We showed up for my Birthday, July 31 2022, 10 people at 430pm. Only 4 other tables being served. We... waiting 17 minutes after seating and not one waitress has taken our drink order. We then walk up to the kitchen and ask to getour drinks taken. A waitress comes over and says ? I was running around and never say you!? Really? 10 of us in a smallrestaurant? I didn?t know they hired the legally blind. Drinks then took 14 more minutes, followed shortly with another 12minute wait for our orders to be taken by a seperate waitress. The Alfredo was undercooked to the point I could bounce it off awall(i tried). None of the meal was comped and taht has made the decision to never go back, which is unfortunate as we havedined here a lot on our years living here. For a chain restaurant it was what you would expect. Food was well done and would recommend the gravy. Staff was friendly if a... little slow. Initially had like 4 different servers being me a drink. Take my order. Then delivered my drink and then food. Wason patio( which is great for watching traffic and people) after finishing my meal I didn't see any of the servers. Got up to goinside thinking it must be busy. But counted only 5 tables occupied. Paid for my meal and left. Feel either staff was eitherinexperienced or maybe busy doing other things and forgot me on patio. Still I would recommend a stop in. Food was really good.Staff was friendly. Read more

Pretty underwhelming meal. Stopped in at just after 8pm and it was cleat the staff had checked out completely. Stood at the... front for 5-10 minutes before a nice guy pleasantly came and served us (best part of meal) It seemed like Skip the Dishes wasmore important then paying customers. We ordered simple dishes a legendary burger special and a club. The club wasn't to badother then bacon was pretty dry and my fries were definitely about 3 hours old. My wife's burger looked like the saddest whitespot burger you ever seen! Her salad was oily and they even forgot to bring us her desert. Awful management (Karina & Daniel) I have heard they treat their employees very unfairly and are quite rude to customers, the... rest of staff are pretty stuck up and miserable. A few menu items are good but I honestly tell people to avoid this place?. Read more
