It is one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in Okanagan, I've been coming to West Kelowna for holidays for 17 years.... Lack of toilet paper in the washrooms, extremely slow personnel at times even rude. This time getting a double-double in August2022 took 20 minutes!!!! People ahead of me were not getting their orders or the orders were messed up which in turn got therest of the orders delayed. Very long lines, terrible! ???? We decided to try out the coffee shop across the parking lot of THand the last 3 days we went there instead. The coffee was delicious, no lines! Personnel was friendly, fast and helpful. A bitmore expensive BUT SO WORTH IT. Read more

Quite disappointed with the service here. Came through on our way to the coast and went inside to order and stretch out... legs. Order was two ice coffees, both with just milk rather than the sweetener, the new lime chicken salad, muffins and adonut. Instead, we recieved a chicken wrap, two coffees with sweeteners, the muffins and the donut. When we approached and askedabout the wrong items, instead of working to correct it with us, the response we got was "This is what you ordered, you orderedthe wrap and the ice coffee." I realize our order might have been misheard hence confusion, despite the fact we were still veryclear about the bowl and the ice coffee NOT to use sweetener, but the way it was handled and the response we got was very subpar. Tldr: Wouldn't recommend this location, go get your food somewhere else, lots of other options. Read more
Tim Hortons has great food and coffee, sometimes it can be bland but its usually perfect. They usually have very good service... too. Read more
