The worst McDonalds in Kelowna/West K. Theres always something wrong with the order and they are always so rude when you bring... it to their attention. Missing condiments after you?ve asked for them, soda cups half full with no apologies, so dirty inside?the list goes on. I know it?s McD?s? Consistently received orders for ice coffee not quite right...order some extra sweet & 1 with extra cream...often had all with... both - yes we went several times over course of day- but it was same all week. Our final order came without a frappe we werepicking up for someone & unfortunately we didn't notice until reaching destination. Read more

Not very busy at10 to 10 in the mornings, But sure gor really busy and hectic around here for lunch.
This place is being worst every day. Every time that I drive my kids there I find problems with custom orders. Rarely they... prepare the orders exactly as we ordered. Other BIG issue is the cleaning. The restaurant was very dirty on our last visit thatwe decided to do not return there. See the pictures and think about what I'm writing of. We still in a pandemic and they don'thave any cleaning procedures anymore, even the basic cleaning was not done by them.In the photos are difficult to see how bad isthe cleaning in the tables and the floor. This McDonald's needs to be reminded that they are only there because of the paying customers. Was there today and the manager... had no control of the busy situation and proceeded to tell me it was my fault that I didn't get what I ordered. Never been madeto feel like I was a burden before.
