If I could give this review a higher star amount then 5 I would. The food was phenomenal, but the customer service experience... was next level. All the staff were so friendly and after a dish had cilantro in it that we didn't realize, they fully remade thedish and even helped us packed the soup to take home in a way that would make sure the noodles didnt get soggy. Kelly and Harriwere so friendly and kind I can't recommend them enough! Both made sure we had everything we needed and gave great suggestions.We got the color combo 4, chicken pho and a strawberry shortcake! They also served probably 20 take out orders while we sat forour meal and the food came out so quickly. Highly impressed and will definitely be coming back!! Read more

We eat at this place all the time and cant stop coming back. The food is unreal and the prices are very reasonable - the... portions are pretty big! The service is great and the food comes really quick, even when you order on DoorDash. My favouritedish is the deluxe bowl. The Laksa is amazing as well. Read more

I cams to Bamboo Chopsticks many times before on their downtown location but it was my first time experiencing West Kelowna... location. It?s actually bigger and has nicer decor than the downtown one. I ordered my favorite bbq beef vermicelli and ittasted delicious. My friends got seafood stir fry, wonton soup, and a drink and they enjoyed them as well. Fast service withdecent portion (price around $15 a dish). Would recommend. Read more
